How to cook Nepalese Spiced Salmon at home?

Here is how you cook perfect Salmon with Nepalese spices at home.
- Get 2-3 Salmon fillets and marinde it overnight with nepalese spices*
- Heat a large pan with some olive oil for couple of minutes
- Place in skillet, and increase heat to low. Cook for 5 minutes. Turn salmon over, and cook for another 5 minutes or until brown in low heat
- Toss a bunch of english spinach with a bit of onion and pinch of salt
- Serve the salmon on the bed of spinach garnished with a wedge of lemon
* nepalese spices marinade is made out of – a clove of garlic, bit of ginger paste, olive oil, half a teaspoon each of cumin & coriander powder, quarter tea spoon of turmeric & chilli powder and salt to taste
